Mailtraq Version: 2.17.7

Hi, Something broke in my system and I'm currently unable to send out email (everything else is OK I think)

I can send independently to my ISP SMTP smtp.virginmedia.com on 465, SSL and Auth enabled. e.g. from iPhone

When i Try and configure Mailtraq, a. the same settings don't work and b. I notice in Options, Outgoing mail tab, options, remote mailserver security there are 8 smtp servers listed but I can't delete any as it reports "List index out of bounds (8)

A How do I remove them
B. If that doesn't fix it how can I "delete and reinstall" outgoing mail service to get it all working again.

PS I have tried restoring an old backup without benefit
PPS how do I know which SSL to choose explicit or implicit other than try both?

I've managed to delete all the entries, (I had to delete from the bottom up for some reason)

However still no outgoing mail...
