Failed connecting to (POP3)

Mailtraq Version: 2.17.5.3364 on Windows Server 2012

Hi
Since 3:52am this morning Mailtraq has stopped collecting POP3 emails.
The log states
19-Dec-2013 10:48:42 Mail Summary Failed connecting to someone1@xxxxx.co.uk@mail.chillizonehosting.co.uk:110 via POP3
19-Dec-2013 10:48:42 Mail Summary Failed connecting to someone2@xxxxx.co.uk@mail.chillizonehosting.co.uk:110 via POP3
19-Dec-2013 10:48:42 Mail Summary Failed connecting to someone3@xxxxx.co.uk@mail.chillizonehosting.co.uk:110 via POP3
19-Dec-2013 10:48:42 Mail Summary Failed connecting to someone4@xxxxx.co.uk@mail.chillizonehosting.co.uk:110 via POP3

I have checked with the hosting company and all is fine at their end.

I have also tested another client and have sucessfully connected to the POP3 mailboxes
Outgoing mail seems to be working fine

Any ideas

Can you provide a larger extract showing the activity leading up to this? Another good test would be to telnet to port 110 on mail.chillizonehosting.co.uk from the machine that Mailtraq runs on just to check it isn't a local firewall blocking the connection.
